Eric Kirk makes the first public remarks after her husband’s death: “shouts of this widow will respond”
Eric Kirk, widow of a conservative activist Charlie Kirk, She spoke with the first public remarks only two days after her husband was deadly shot dead during a performance at Utah -Val.
Standing next to her husband’s empty chair and pressing his necklace when she spoke, her pedestal had words: “Let Charlie be accepted into the merciful hands of Jesus, our loving Savior.”

For the first time, she thanked the first respondents and supporters of the family, especially President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance. “Mr. President, my husband loved you,” she said.
From this stage, Eric shared Charlie’s private belief that it would be most important if he had come into politics. “Charlie always said that if he had ever run for office … his main priority would be the revival of the American family,” said the mother of two years.
She also pointed to one of Charlie’s scriptures. “One of Charlie’s favorite biblical poems was 5:25:” Men, love wives, because Christ loved the Church and gave up on it. “
Eric said the poem was more than the words for her husband, but the reflection of his life and sacrifice. “My husband laid my life for me, for our nation, for our children. He showed the ultimate and true cherished love.”
Even in mourning, Eric emphasized her faith. “Our world is filled with evil. But our God is so good. So incredibly good.”
She refused to take her husband’s death in step. “The shouts of this widow will respond around the world as a fighting cry. For everyone who listens tonight throughout America, the movement that my husband built will not die. It will not. I refuse to let go. It will become stronger.
She announced that TPUSA’s Tours and Americafest will continue and grow. “There will be even more tours in the coming years,” she said. “Radio and podcast shows that he was so proud of.”
Eric confessed that she did not sleep after the death of her husband and still appeared as the present mother for her two young children, despite the circumstances. “When I returned home last night, Gigi, our daughter, got into my hands … She asked,” Where’s the dad? “I said to her,” He is on a working trip with Jesus for your blueberry budget. “
