Sister wives star Kody brown Tried to lighten his load while filming season 4 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Proof.
“The experience was interesting (and) there’s no boring moment, even when you’re sleeping, you’re worried that you’re going to be woken in the middle of the night and dragged out into a pool of cold water in the dry desert,” Kody, 56said entirely Weekly US. “My teeth were chatting.”
Kody also recalled that Directing Staff Instructors (DS) would be a “kind of” recruitment.
“I don’t even know what they call punishment,” he told Us. “We’re standing and I’ve been in this water, and I started trembling. I don’t want the DS (to see) that. I don’t want them to see any signs of weakness because they will play on that.”
To hide his teeth chatting, Kody played up on a fake work to make him appear as he was pushed to his physical limits.
“When we had just been run ragged, (I was) squeezing, and it was a little fake,” he quoted. “I made an account if they thought I was working very hard, they wouldn’t try to push me any more, and I might need some energy later. So I’m sitting there making the press, and I’m, like, wheezing.”
Kody added, “I knew my limits were never reached physically. I had more to put it physically.”

“There was one time when he gave my muscles,” he remembered. “We were supposed to be rocking across monkey bars, and I had sand on my hands, and I couldn’t cup the monkey bars. I had no longer the strength to do.”
While Admittedly, Kody struggled with the obstacle course, looked over at fellow -tracts Eric Decker, Andrew East and Mark Estes Pass the test with flying colors.

“They all had the strength to do, and I had lost the strength of my hand,” said Kody. “I was weaker than them. I had a continuing strength. It’s just some endurance.”
Kody also said Us that the DS team “ties” in a “emotional, mental place.”

Pete Dadds/ Fox“I was so ashamed because I had just made huge mistakes in leadership,” added Kody of a separate challenge with Andrew’s wife, Olympian Shawn Johnson East. “It was all just training, (but) it was embarrassing and sad because, in fact, if that had been a fighting situation, we might have been dead.”
