“Cash has been slowly moving things out of their house but since the fires, they have been spending more time under the same roof as a family,” the source explains. “They are there for each other at the moment as it is a stressful time.”

“They’ve had as many ups and downs as any marriage would after being together for so many years,” the insider said. “They’ve tried therapy and resolved past issues over the years.”
Noting that “at the end of the day, the romance was gone between them,” the source adds “there were trust issues in the past that led to a lot of arguments.”
Alba has talk publicly about the challenges in her marriage before, including on Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt“BDA Baby” podcast in April 2024.
“It’s all rosy for 2 and a half years, but then after that you become roommates,” he said at the time. “And you’re just, like, roommates. You’re just going through the motions. That is the responsibility. It’s a lot of, like, ticking the boxes.”
Pratt commiserated with Alba, asking how she balances work with making sure “your husband feels inclined to do that.”
“If you’ve figured this out in your relationship, let me know,” Alba replied. “You know, I think (Warren) probably gets the short end of the stick. … it’s hard. It’s impossible.”
Warren, for his part, opened Mr for the “hard work” who entered his marriage in an exclusive interview with Us in July 2024.
“I think, at the end of the day, the friendship and the support and just knowing that your partner has your back means everything to us,” she said. “I think that would be the secret, just having each other’s backs. It’s hard work, but we roll up our sleeves and we do it. It’s wild. It’s the longest relationship I could have ever imagined.”
