Andrea Bocelli shares the secret to his career 3 decades (except)

For more than three decades, Andrea bokelli enchanted audiences with his loud voice. But beyond the concert halls, the commendable singer is equally passionate about quiet family life.

Married to his wife, Veronica BertiSince 2014 and together for over two decades, Baithelli, 66, credits their continuous bond with curiosity. “There’s a basic recipe to make marriage work,” Bocelli tells Us. “We’re ready to get to know each other, understand each other and then find a compromise. Fortunately, we have this strong chemistry as a base. We need a fantasy (a) to get a lot of imagination so you can renew the relationship … (and it) never gets bored.”

The classic artist, who is blind, spoke Us through a translator for his pride in his children and where his love of life comes from. One thing he doesn’t do? What is your favorite thing to do with your 13 -year -old daughter, Virginia?
The most important thing is just talking. She (in) is a very elegant age – changes from a child to a teenager, and this means a lot of problems, made worse by social media, which is (is) very dangerous. We have to talk and listen to our children.

In the documentary, viewers see you riding horses. What do you love about the hobby?
The thing I loved most is the challenge. I was able to ride a pretty exciting wild horse when I was (a) young. And now that many years have passed, I want to ride well trained horses!

You obviously have a zest so great and love for life. Where does that come from?
I grew up in (a) a family I felt like I loved me and really understood. I’m still so curious (for) everything that happened to me and everything that is around me.

I have ever been a very competitive person. When I play chess, in everything I do, I never love when I lose. However … put all the numbers I had the effort to do everything I would not have done otherwise.

What do you think when you look back at your childhood performances?
After all I have learned, if I listened to myself when I was young, I would (I) say I wasn’t very good. I wouldn’t be done right these days!

Your son Matteo builds a music career. Do you give him singing advice?
I try to teach him everything I have taught over the years. It has been a very long and hard path for me. We live in a very fast world and do not have all the time we used to have when we were young. I try to convey all my information to Matteo. Other people tell me that his voice is much like my voice. I give him some tips and it becomes easier. Hopefully (he) will listen to my advice!

Matteo sang at marriage Jeff Bezos and Lauren sánchez This summer. Did you consider joining him for that event?
I was very honored to have contacted Matteo. As a parent, I’m extremely proud. It would be strange if I were (not) so happy about this!

You can say to yourself, “I’ve done everything I could have done to be on (my) best. … all the rest I can’t control in God’s hands.”

You are very close to your childhood friends. What have they taught you?
I am very related (to) my country, to my town and all the people who have been with me since the very beginning. My childhood friends are still my friends today. They’ve taught me a lot. They have also given me a lot, in terms of friendship (a) silence and happiness. You cannot live alone. The beauty of life is also made of the harmony you find with the world around you.
