South African rapist Tabo Bester loses an application for Netflix’s lock

Convicted South African Righteous Tabozer lost his application in court to block Netflix, which broadcast a documentary about his life – including how he allegedly forged his death and escaped from prison.

His lawyers claimed that beauty and the boron were defamatory, but the streaming giant defended his plan to release a three -part investigation.

Bustera’s partner, Doctor of Nandif Magoduman’s celebrities, in a documentary, allegedly helped him escape. She was in charge of court to stop the release.

In the court ruling on Friday, the judge stated that the case of rape was “firmly in public access” and that they could not prove that their motion was urgent.

Bester was convicted in 2012 for raping and murdering his friend Nomfund Tihul’s girlfriend.

A year earlier, he was found guilty of raping and robbing two other women.

Bester became known as “rapist on Facebook” for using the social networking site to lure his victims.

He was serving a life imprisonment when he allegedly escaped from the maximum security in 2022.
