The new poll showed that Gen Z employees cover not only artificial intelligence, but also apply this technology in many jobs.
Almost two -thirds of junior staff are actively helping senior colleagues in accepting and learning to use AI tools, according to International Group in the workplace.

Of the 2,016 offices of office workers, 86% said that II made them more effective, and 76% believe that it helps their careers, increasing to 87% among Gen Z.
Technology has also become important for how hybrid teams work, 69% of hybrid workers say AI facilitates work in places. 46% of respondents refer to benefits such as improving meetings for meetings, while 36% said they have improved access to common understanding and stronger subsequent observations.
Some common areas that employees use AI includes the development of emails, meetings notes, file organization, data entry and forms. With these tasks automated, employees can spend more time on higher and significant work, the message said.
