FBI shares photos, offers a $ 100,000 reward

The FBI posted two photos that were interested in the Conservative shooting on Thursday political activist Charlie Kirk.

The granular photos show a man who wears a black long sleeve shirt, dark pants, sunglasses and hat.

“We ask the public assistance, determining this person who is interested in the deadly shooting Charlie Kirk at Utah -Valley University,” Salt -Leik -City FBI in ONT in ONT said X Message With photos.

Later on Thursday, the FBI stated that it offered a reward of up to $ 100,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of those responsible.

The new information and the award came a few hours after law enforcement officers said they had restored key evidence at Kirk’s attempted at the Utah -Valya university, including rifles and “good video footage”.

A “high power rifle” was found at a press conference, found in the forest area, where the militant escaped after shooting Kirk, FBI agent Robert Bols.

Investigators also gathered “the impression of shoes, palm prints and forearm for analysis,” said Bols, a special agent who oversees the FBI field office in Salt -Leik -Sity.

He noted: “We are not sure how far it has gone.”

Utta Boy Mason’s public security commissioner said: “We have good video materials.”

But “we’re not going to release it at this time” if the authorities do not identify the shooter on their own, he said.

While the officers at the press conference refused to offer specific details about the suspect, Mason said that the militant was “well combined with the college” and “it seems that the age of college”.

Mason said that the shooter arrived at the campus shortly before noon local time, and then rose to the roof with a view of Kirk. After firing, the suspect moved to the other side of the building, and then jumped off and escaped into the neighborhood outside the campus, he said.

The press at the university on Thursday morning came after the officials released two interesting people who were detained shortly after firing.

“There are no modern ties with shooting with any of these persons,” the Ututa public security department said at the end of Wednesday.

“There is a constant investigation and analysis for shooters,” the agency said.

According to UVA, the militant fired at Kirk from a campus building 200 meters from where the activist acted, hitting him in his neck.

Kirk’s death was announced by the President Donald Trumpwho praised the influential activist as “a truly wonderful American patriot”.

On the morning of Thursday, Trump, who performed the 24th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks, said he was posthumously awarding Kirk in the presidential medal of freedom.
