Weleda launches a request for Nazi camp claims to skin

Veleda, a natural cosmetic company, launched a study in its relations with the Nazi concentration camp after the claims against freezing was checked for prisoners.

The report of the historian Anne Sudrov claims that the Swiss company has ordered raw materials from the garden to the Daha camp. He also made a cream to protect against hypothermia, which the SS doctor allegedly used in human experiments.

Veleda stated that in a separate report in 2023 no evidence of Dr. Sigmund Rashera tested the cream on the freezing for hours.

The firm said it condemned the “atrocities” of the Nazi regime and acknowledged that the new conclusions “may not be fully understood in previous research.”

Dahau, near Munich, became the first concentration camp created by the Nazis in 1933.

It is believed that 200,000 people were imprisoned there and more than 40,000 were killed in 1945. Some of these deaths were associated with medical experiments.

In his book, ordered by the Memorial of the Dahau concentration camp, Ms. Sudrov outlines the relationship between Veleda and the SS – the elite force of the Nazi Party founded by Adolf Hitler.

According to August 1942 to May 1943, as a result, up to 300 prisoners of concentration camps were in general, the German News Der Spiegel reports.

Veteda cream was to be used to treat hypothermia in German soldiers, and Dr. Rasher wanted to find out if this product could delay the medical condition at the frost.

During their tests, up to 90 prisoners were killed when they were forced in the ice baths, Der Spiegel reports.

A 104-year-old company, which is known for its skin care products, has stated that it is committed to “transparently exploring our history.”

The company said it gave historians “full access to the company’s archives” to conduct a 2023 study in the company.

The same thing was provided by Ms. John for her work, including access to the “Administrative Council protocols from the Nazi era”, Veled added.

– confessed a Vetda pre -report GUGThe skilled skin care brand and published last year, “not yet designed to study all the detailed aspects.”

The document stated that Veted demanded plants in the Daha Camp – where the prisoners worked – but were never delivered.

It also states that Dr. Rashert ordered 20 kg of cream against the freezing of vetede within its “cold experiments”, but there was no evidence that the company was informed that it was used for prisoners of concentration camps for these purposes.

The company was founded in 1921 by the Austrian academic and philosopher Rudolf Steiner, who created the doctrine of anthroposophy, which – According to the Encyclopedia of the British – This is “a philosophy based on the prerequisite that human intelligence has the opportunity to contact the spiritual worlds.”
