Twitter Reactions: Smriti Mandhana, Pratika Rawal shine as India beat Ireland in 3rd ODI to complete series whitewash



India women’s team has written history in the 3rd and final ODI of the series against Ireland in many ways. But more importantly, it was a solid team display to claim a record win and assert their dominance over the Irish team. The team’s dominance was also shown as a glimpse of the kind of form the Indian team is in and the unbeaten run at home.

India put together a very high total against Ireland

The match started with India winning the toss and electing to bat first. India’s innings got off to a good start with openers Smriti Mandhana i Pratika Rawal stormed the Irish bowlers and put together a momentous partnership that lasted 26.4 overs. The openers put together a mammoth 233-run partnership for the first wicket to provide India with the foundation for a mammoth total.
