Los Angeles officials release video of home burglars and arson suspects

The Los Angeles District Attorney has released footage showing the robbery of a home in Pacific Palisades and the arrest of an arson suspect in nearby Azusa.

Suspects in the looting could face up to life in prison under California’s “three-punishment” law, under which repeat offenders can be sentenced to 25 years and life in prison on a third conviction.

According to the district attorney, the arson is not related to the large fires and is believed to have been set at a local park.
