During the call, obtained by TmzElway, 65, told the sender, “We were on a golf cart and fell off the golf cart.”
In the heavily graded call, Elway was asked if the golf cart “ran into anything.”
“No, he fell off the golf cart,” said ELWAY. “He was on the back and fell off the golf cart.”
Elway told the sender that there were no chemicals or other dangers in the accident.
Unknown individuals can be heard pleading with Sperbeck in the background. “Jeff, Jeff,” said a male voice, while a woman said, “Come on, baby.”

As the sender tries to give instructions to Elway to help breathing Sperbeck, he told Hall of Famer the NFL not to move the body of Sperbeck in case of any additional harm or bodily injury.
In a rush of agitation, an unknown man took the phone from Elway and told the sender that “a doctor was on the spot.”
“Our paramedics and fire engines have been sent to the location,” the sender told the man. “Help is on the way. If it gets worse in any way, call us back immediately for further instructions.”
Sperbeck fell off a golf cart Driven by Elway in La Quinta, California, on April 26. He had a drama of unlucky force -to his head and he was said to be dead at a local hospital on April 30.

No criminal charges will be filed against Elway or any other party related.
Riverside sheriff Chad Bianco had previously noted that there were no signs that Elway had drunk at the time of the accident, and there was no evidence that the golf cart had malfunctioned.
Elway and Sperbeck’s professional relationship began in 1990, when Sperbeck began to work as an ELWAY agent. In 2015, Elway and Sperbeck registered the wine brand, 7wells.
The two-time Super Bowl champion, who played all of his 16 NFL seasons with the Denver Broncos, publish a statement about Sperbeck Shortly after his death.
“I am completely humbled and encouraged by passing my close friend, business partner and agent Jeff Sperbeck,” said ELWAY. “There are no words to express the intense sadness I suddenly feel with the sudden loss of someone who has meant so much to me.”
He continued, “My heart and deepest sympathy go out to Jeff’s wife, Cori; his children Carly, Sam and Jackson; and all who knew him and loved him.
