Sophie Sheridan (Amanda Seyfried) Has a pretty good relationship with her mother, Donna (Meryl Streep), in the musical inspired by Abba Oh Mama! But Donna has been less than coming about Sophie’s father’s identity. With her marriage to Sky Gowerand (Dominic Cooper) Round the corner, Sophie invites the three men who are most likely to be her father: Sam Carmichael (Pierce Brosnan), Harry Bright (Colin Firth) and Bill Anderson (Stellan Skarsgård).
Although Sophie thought he would be able to sense which man was immediately, all three feel a relationship with her and want to give her away in the wedding. This also strains Donna and Sophie bond, as the former is not very happy to see her ex-boyfriends in one place. Fortunately, there are a lot of singing and dancing to get over those hard feelings. If there is one Mother’s Day movie you are watching today, it should be Oh Mama!

For a comedy film, there is a lot of anger and resentment between Astrid Deetz (Jenna ortega) and her mother, Lydia (Winona Ryder), in Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. As far as Astrid knows, her mother is a pill -popping fraud that pretends to talk to ghosts about a livelihood. She is only right for the first part, as Lydia could see ghosts even before she met Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton) In the first movie back in 1988.
Lydia’s stepmother, Delia (Catherine O’Hara), it is a bit giddily reminding her that it is the same way when she was a teenager. But the only way to bridge the emotional gap between Deetz women is by throwing both of them into adventure after wildlife. That also gives Beetlejuice an opening to hold Lydia for her promise to get married when she was only a teenager.
