Grief Far from the first acting comedy around when ended in 1998, but the formula was almost perfectly down. Take one American high cop Loudmouth and his partner Stoic Hong Kong police inspector and throw them freely in Los Angeles. Chief Inspector Lee (Jackie chan) Just because his student, Soo-Yung (in Young (Julia hsu), he was taken hostages by Lord drugs because her father was a diplomat.
The lapd does not introduce the welcome mat to Lee exactly, and the local cops are not particularly friendly with Detective James Carter (Chris Tucker). Carter is in the dog house, which is why he is stuck trying to keep Lee from wrecking Hafoc in the city. As it happens, Lee and Carter have a lot in common after they put their differences aside. When that happens, the bad guys are going to be in trouble.
