When a top secret surveillance software program leaks, it is up to anticoagulant officer George Woodhouse (Michael Fassbender) to investigate. He usually finds his man, but this case is different as one of the suspects is his wife, Kathryn (Cate Blanchett), who also works as a government spy. George has always trusted his wife, but when all the clues distract her to be the perpetrator, he will have to choose between love for her or a duty to his country.
In a year filled with superhero, ghosts and endless restarts, Black bag is a rare thing – an original film made by and for adults. Although he did not too well in the box office, he finds a second life on streaming. It’s not hard to see why – the film looks great, with sharp dialogue and sexual star turning from palnachette and fassbender.

How do you describe Pulp fiction? Quentin TarantinoA modernist masterpiece tells a non-linear story that contains a bunch of characters that are sometimes-but not always-connects. The basic story consists of two hitting men, Vincent Vega (John Travolta) and Jules Winnfield (Samuel L. Jackson), which is tasked with restoring a mysterious compact cupboard for their boss, Marsellus Wallace (Ving rames). It’s easier to say than to do as they encounter unexpected distractions, some of which include an improvised restaurant robbery, accidental murder in a sedan and making the Batusi in a 1950s themed restaurant.
That’s just a surface Pulp fictionA Byzantine plot, and part of the fun is to enjoy the ride from point A to point Z to point D. It all makes sense in the end, nevertheless, witnessing the genius of Tarantino as a writer and director. He juggles his cast of over a dozen characters naked and creates a portrait of Los Angeles who seedy, bloody and amazingly funny. It’s a rare masterpiece that blasts to watch and gets better the more you watch.

Blow was a big bomb when it was released in 1981, but is now recognized as one of the best chargers ever. Director Brian de Palma famous for his love for Alfred Hitchcockbut also draws on other movies like Blow to create a homage that also feels strikingly original. The film is constantly spectacular, with a finale that is great and always bummer. You will not forget it soon, and you will not want to do it either.
