In theory, Chloe Taylor (Jessica Biel) supposed to be a title character The better sister. Chloe is a successful editor, and has a good family, while her sister, Nicky (Elizabeth Banks), considered an unreliable alcoholic on the outside with its relatives.
Things change quite quickly when Chloe’s husband, Adam Macintosh (Corey Stoll), is murdered, and the cops believe his son, Ethan (Maxwell Acee Donovan), responsible. Suddenly, the cracks in Chloe’s perfect family are very evident, and Nicky must re -appear her life because she has to do so.
