1212 Bodies of Soldiers, Repatrified in Last Replacing with Russia

Kiev says that the bodies of 1212 Ukrainian soldiers were returned from Russia as part of an agreement on the exchange of prisoners between the countries.

In return, Russia received 27 bodies, said the chief Moscow negotiator Vladimir Medinsky.

The first round of exchanges took place on Monday. There were emotional scenes when the families of the disappeared Ukrainian soldiers gathered near the border from Belarus to press the return of prisoners for information about their loved ones.
