1000-year-old mummy found by utilities in Peru

Recently, utilities workers came across the millennium mummy, which preceded the Inca empire.

Peter Van Dalen, Dean College of Archaeologists Peru, said the AP that LiMe was not uncommon.

Van Dalen, who did not participate in the opening, said that many Peruvian mummies are naturally mummified in desert areas where their skin is dehydrated by heat.

Some Peruvian mummies are usually found in a sitting position with the hands that close the faces.
